Manages the cash management sales team, and all services and development of cash management product offerings. Provides leadership, direction, and coordination for the department. Responsible for developing and executing a cash management strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Bank; specifically, in the areas of business development, process improvement and customer experience.
This position has the primary responsibility to Support the BSA Officer in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Program for the Bank and affiliates. This position also serves as both an evaluator of established policies and procedures as well as an advisor on the drafting and implementation of same.
Responsible for originating mortgage applications for minority neighborhoods and for minority borrowers. The Community Lending Officer will also be responsible for participating in CRA and local community related activities and functions focusing on homeownership; such as attending community events, conducting educational seminars on homeownership, and participating in local organizations.
Coordinate the management of the Team’s loan portfolio in conjunction with the Relationship Managers, Loan Assistants and Credit Analysts, along with providing support to the Relationship Managers on new loans.
As a member of the Retail Banking team the Relationship Banker provides guidance on banking products and services. The Relationship Banker also will interface with other business lines in order to refer when customer needs are assessed and uncovered. The Relationship Banker must possess high energy and cultivate meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, using trust, respect, integrity and transparency to deepen these relationships. The Relationship Banker provides value for the customer and for the bank by assisting clients on the teller line as well as platform. The Relationship Banker is responsible for individual contributions to the branch’s goals, collaborating with managers and team members on sales strategy, as well as participating in community affairs and activities to develop business effectively.
Serve as System Administrator for the commercial credit software programs. Provide administrative support to the Credit Administration and Special Assets. Maintain records, budget reports and documentation for these areas.
Responsible for the delivery and collection of daily courier bags and supplies to and from various Bank locations. Responsible for performing general routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating; ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.). Perform general cleaning.

The Customer Care Center Manager is responsible for daily management of all Customer Care Specialists by way of coaching, training, and problem solving. Accountable for quality and efficient customer service in addition to all technical aspects of the Retail facing Customer Care Center including reporting, special projects, system management and developing measures for continuous improvement for both internal and external customers. Manages a critical function of the bank with minimal supervision serving with expertise as the primary customer liaison for all things digital banking in card processing, and branch operations.

Provide exceptional credit support to the Commercial Lending team, Credit Manager and Credit Officers by preparing analyses and assistance in preparation of credit memo presentations.
To actively manage a loan portfolio of existing clients; to solicit, examine, evaluate, and authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for commercial loans.
The Team Leader oversees the daily functioning of a Lending Team, to include growth, profitability, and safety and soundness.
