Overview

Serve as the primary Team Member to maintain the Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Business Internet Banking product suites; not limited to but including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Payment, External Transfers (Cash Edge and POP Money), Mobile Deposit, etc.

Responsibilities

The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without advance notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, or eliminate a function.

  • Serve as subject matter specialist in online and mobile banking
  • Participate in completing the daily Internet Banking duties to include enrollments, monitoring locked out users, adding or deleting of bank accounts within a user’s credentials, processing e-statement requests (opting-in or opting-out), process the e-mail change report, monitor the Online Banking email folder, etc.
  • Participate in completing the daily Bill Payment duties to include enrollments, credit and debit returns, funding account maintenance, collections issues, high dollar verifications, etc.
  • Participate in completing the daily External Transfer duties to include daily reports, suspended user maintenance, limit change requests, etc.
  • Participate in completing the daily Mobile Deposit duties to include transaction processing, limit change requests, etc.
  • Assist on all issues related to Internet Banking product suite and assist with the escalation of these issues to vendors and management.
  • Maintain the Fraud Reporting month-end notebook.
  • Ensure accuracy and tidiness in the Internet Banking database by purging accounts and user records based on monitoring closed checking, savings, CD, and loan accounts.
  • Assist in supporting any new services and products pertaining to Internet Banking product suite and the training for the Retail team.
  • Support the Customer Care Center and Retail Banking teams as needed with Internet Banking-related issues or questions.
  • Responsible for training of new team members within the Internet Banking area.
  • Serve as back up to the mail room functions
  • Assist Management team with new processes and projects; strengthen internal controls and assist with other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Compliance

  • Comply with all applicable regulations and Bank policies regarding employment and employment law.

  • Comply with Bank’s internal privacy and ethics standards.


Relationships and Contacts


Internal
: Reports to Delivery Services Operations Manager; daily interaction with department Team Members; frequent interaction with Team Members of various departments and levels throughout the Bank.

External: Frequent interaction by phone and e-mail with vendors and current customers.

 

 

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of banking experience

 

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of deposit transaction rules and regulations.
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a high-pressure environment
  • Above average computer skills
  • Strong in attention to details and accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate and interact well with Team Members, customers, and vendors

 

Working Conditions

Traditional office environment with the ability to work remotely on a hybrid basis; the office maintains five day a week operations (Monday – Friday) with operational hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.
