As a member of the Retail Banking team the Relationship Banker provides guidance on banking products and services. The Relationship Banker also will interface with other business lines in order to refer when customer needs are assessed and uncovered. The Relationship Banker must possess high energy and cultivate meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, using trust, respect, integrity and transparency to deepen these relationships. The Relationship Banker provides value for the customer and for the bank by assisting clients on the teller line as well as platform. The Relationship Banker is responsible for individual contributions to the branch
Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the asset/liability, interest rate derivatives, liquidity and investment positions of the Bank and subsidiaries. Responsible for maintaining related policies and periodic reporting.
Oversees all operations of the Deposit Operations Division, including Deposit Services, Payment Services, Digital Banking, Core Banking System, and Business Systems administration. Primary responsibilities include project management for deposit operations projects, audit and compliance, policy and procedure development, team management and development and implementation of new products and programs.
