The Loss Mitigation Specialist is responsible for preserving the bank’s assets by mitigating loan losses by effectively and efficiently collecting the debt.

Provide a variety of activities to support the servicing of the Bank’s loan portfolio. Activities include the efficient and accurate processing of loan disbursements, booking loans to the Bank’s core system, reviewing completed files for accuracy, performing required loan maintenance, and supporting the Loan Servicing Team with daily functions as needed.

The Customer Success Specialist uses a relationship-based sales approach to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. The Customer Success Specialist’s primary responsibility is to respond to incoming telephone calls, chats, emails, appointment requests and maintain online accounts serving as backup for Customer Success Team Leads in agent capacity and other Customer Success Specialists.
