As a member of the Retail Banking team the Relationship Banker provides guidance on banking products and services. The Relationship Banker also will interface with other business lines in order to refer when customer needs are assessed and uncovered.  The Relationship Banker must possess high energy and cultivate meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, using trust, respect, integrity and transparency to deepen these relationships. The C&I Relationship Manager actively manages a loan portfolio of existing clients; including soliciting, examining, evaluating, and authorizing or recommending approval of customer applications for commercial loans.

Responsible for soliciting and originating mortgage loan products for the Bank, contributing positively to bank production goals.
