Responsible for performing routine tasks related to processing bank mail, managing the supply room, providing courier support and assisting in minor maintenance repairs and improvements as required.

Internal: Reports to Director of Building Operations and Planning; Works closely with Team Members at various levels throughout the Bank.
External: Occasional contact with current and prospective customers as well as auditors, vendors, and other visitors.

Working Conditions
Traditional office environment with Five days a week operation (Monday – Friday) with operational hours of 8AM to 5PM.
