The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without advance notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, or eliminate a function.
- Scan and file personnel documents into the appropriate online files (ADP system) and physical files in the HR storage room.
- File I-9 and Self-ID forms in appropriate binders.
- Complete audits of HR forms and policy acknowledgements; Follow up with Team Members to collect documents as needed to ensure completion.
- Maintain updated information on internal intranet
- Create and post internal bulletins as needed
- Assist with payroll excel spreadsheets for reconciliations of HAS, FSA, and 401k
- Assist with month end reporting
- Assist with New Hire Benefit enrollment
- Prepare informational emails for Team Members and send reminders of enrollment deadlines
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
Compliance
- Comply with all applicable regulations and Bank policies regarding employment and employment law.
- Participate in annual compliance and other job-related training.
- Comply with applicable bank regulations, Bank policies and procedures.
- Comply with Bank’s internal privacy and ethics standards.
