As a member of the Retail Banking team the Relationship Banker provides guidance on banking products and services. The Relationship Banker also will interface with other business lines in order to refer when customer needs are assessed and uncovered. The Relationship Banker must possess high energy and cultivate meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, using trust, respect, integrity and transparency to deepen these relationships. The Relationship Banker provides value for the customer and for the bank by assisting clients on the teller line as well as platform. The Relationship Banker is responsible for individual contributions to the branch’s goals, collaborating with managers and team members on sales strategy, as well as participating in community affairs and activities to develop business effectively.
