Overview

To provide Salesforce training and content development assistance in addition to other support to the Training Team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the delivery and facilitation of classroom and/or virtual training for Salesforce.
  • Assists with the management of the overall Salesforce training schedules for the organization.
  • Create training resources: videos, "how to" guides, templates, eLearning.
  • Review and maintain all training materials on a regular basis.
  • Proactively stay up to date with Salesforce functionalities and business process/protocols.
  • Engage internal colleagues to learn/shadow as needed and ask for the user's input in developing training.
  • Responsible for coordination of training materials, room reservations, and meeting maintenance.
  • Schedule and manage training sessions in the Team calendar and coordinator with LMS Administrator.
  • Send communications to promote classes and provide other pertinent information.
  • Serve as producer, as needed, for online virtual learning events.
  • Review classes in Articulate and provide feedback.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Some college-level coursework in Human Resources or business-related field preferred
  • Previous work experience preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to interact well with Team Members at various levels.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Articulate or other eLearning platforms a plus)
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
