The Relationship Banker provides value for the customer and for the bank by assisting clients on the teller line as well as platform. The Relationship Banker is responsible for individual contributions to the branch’s goals, collaborating with managers and team members on sales strategy, as well as participating in community affairs and activities to develop business effectively.

Serve as the Level II IT contact for assistance and support to all Team Members for IT hardware, software, and systems; Provide end-user network access and training; Troubleshoot computer problems, determine source, advise, and provide appropriate action; Ensure Team Member workstations and network performance meet Bank and user requirements; Complete IT project-based work. The position requires communication and problem-solving.

Perform accurate and efficient detailed analysis of the most complex commercial credits. Accountable for the consistent application of credit policy, credit quality, and management of the Credit Administration workflow (pipeline). The Credit Manager will provide exceptional credit support to the Commercial Lending team and may lead a team of assigned Credit Analysts. The Credit Manager will have Credit Approval authority as granted by Penn Community Bank Lending Policy.
