Plan, develop, design, implement, coordinate and conduct employee training programs to train both new and existing employees how to perform required work, improve work methods, comply with policies, procedures and/or regulations, as well as support the Bank’s strategic initiatives. Coach new and existing team members on skillsets that will deliver higher customer satisfaction. Develop, establish and direct sales training strategies with lines of business to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the sales organization.
